Once you've received an email from partners@inpact.com inviting you to fill out your unique application link, the requirements are simple: 

Fill out the fields in the application link as prompted. These fields include your DBA, Logo, Description, and a few quick demographic questions. Once your Beneficiary Agreement is complete, your signers should receive confirmation that we've received your submitted responses.
